At Valencia Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been unsealed or used.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your fragrance is in its original cellophane-wrapped packaging and has not been sprayed or opened within 30 days of delivery.

  Request a Return

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent breakage during transit, as glass bottles are fragile.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of inspection.
